The location is amazing, staff are exceptional. The pool is great too - being able to swim in a heated pool, outside is so relaxing. The only hotel we’ve ever stayed at that the pool towels are bigger than a hand towel. These actual cover you.

Great location to walk to CN tower, museums etc Room quite spacious for a downtown hotel. Of course, I compare with Manhattan hotels which are the worse but still Self-parking was not too bad

The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very welcoming, which made for a great start to our stay at the property.

The hotel is located in the center of downtown, close to main attractions and shopping. We went to a concert in Rogers Center and were able to walk to the event. The staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean. We used the pool area as well as the sauna and it was very clean and all ammenenidies available. Would recommend others to stay at the hotel.

our room was an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the CN tower. a fabulous room, a shame we couldnt be in it for long to appreciate it. Bed very comfortable and lovely shower. I liked the shower and hair products available and they smelt nice.
